For those of you literally in the thick and thin of vomiting and diarrhea right now, I am going to review "gastroenteritis" or the stomach virus. Many people call this the "flu" but this should not be confused with influenza.. Unfortunately, your annual flu shot will do nothing to prevent this awful illness.
